Our Wild Birds Unlimited store is one of my favorite places to shop! The staff is most friendly and knowledgeable. I stop in a few times a month and each time there is another great gift item (for myself or others) in addition to the products I need for our feathered friends. The products they carry for the birds are the best - great quality seed and feeders!

Customer service is always very friendly, personable, helpful, knowlegable and timely. They know me by name when I visit their store.

All of the staff who work in the store are filled with enthusiasm for birds and are wholely behind the products they sell. They always remember us, where we live and what type of products we use. They have practical solutions based on their own experiences, for issues we might be experiencing. They post local sightings in the store and encourage sharing of sightings. On any day, it is always a positive experience to stop by Wild Birds in Billings, Montana.

The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. The merchandise in nicely displayed. There is a great variety of both bird feeding items (feed, feeders etc.) and a great variety of beautiful bird related gifts. I love to Christmas shop at the store.

The sales clerk was very friendly. The ambiance in the store was very nice. The clerk was not overly intrusive.

Unfortunately due to lack of funds we were not able to renew our membership but we like every experience we have when shopping in the store. We will definitely shop here for our bird feed etc. Staff is always very friendly and of course knowledgeable. Great shopping experience again today.
