I have been shopping at this store foe several years,the owners and store employees have always treated both my husband and I very well. I enjoy going in to the store when ever I am in Billings. If I have questions,they are always willing to answer,if they don't know the answer right, they will research and call me with the answer. I know that they all love birds!!

Floor assistance...from the opening of the door to checkout, they excel in customer service. All staff was actively engaged in all customer's experience. They offered options for those who may not be able to make it in on the day of the sale to put things aside, but still benefit from the sale.
