Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the quality of goods available is excellent. Suffice it to say that I enjoy all their promotions and sales too!

I really like the employees. When I enter the store they all know my name and are very friendly. I always have a nice visit. I also enjoy the video they have playing which has all kinds of birds. Pleasant store.

The staff has personal experience with the products and can give recommendations from own experience. Will admit if they do not have the answer. Will research the questions on the spot and give good advice. Always a pleasure to drop by the store.

GOOD EXPERIENCE AND VALUABLE INFORMATION

This is a small store but there are a lot of products displayed. The people that work there take the time to visit with everyone. Every time I visit, I feel important.

The store was not so full of merchandise. It was easier to walk around since the holidays are over. This made it easier to shop and see merchandise! (I understand that there has to be more merchandise during the holidays, but it was harder to move around with all of the people AND merchandise.
