the staff is always very friendly. I was sorry to hear of Studley's passing, and I don't know the new shop dog well yet, but I am glad they have a new one

Employees were very helpful when helping me find a gift! They gave me a few options and were very knowledgeable on all the products. The were even kind enough to wrap the gift for me!

We like the quality of the bird food and that it’s always in stock. The staff is so friendly and sincere and we love being welcomed at the door by their furry greeter!

It was close to Christmas and one of the items had to be shipped. I live 150 miles from the store. They shipped and it arrived on time. I do not get to Billings to shop too often but will try to stop again. We will be enjoying our feeder and hope to attract even more and different birds.
