it is always a delight to shop at Wild Birds Unlimited. The enthusiastic staff have always impressed me with their knowledge, friendliness and passion for all birds!

Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful. They could pull up what I have purchased in the past so it helped with my purchase this time. The gift I bought will be a hit and they wrapped it beautifully.

This store location is 230 miles from where I live. My daughter took me there one day and It was fun. So many products and variety. The staff explained all the seeds and what would be best for the birds in my area. Since my daughter lives there, she can pick up my order. I know the store would ship it. With my membership I can get a quality product for about the same price as box stores which is mostly waste.

Kathy and John have always been fabulous store owners. They have a great selection of products and never fail to great every customer with a smile and welcome "hello". I know from experience that they absolutely go the extra mile for their customers. I purchased a heated birdbath and couldn't figure out how to install it so John came to my home and spend quite a bit of time getting it installed on my deck. I can't tell you how much I appreciated it. They are definitely the best of the best and you should be proud and pleased to have them representing WBU.

The nicest people and really good products.

I was able to get what I came for that day. I also bought some items for Christmas gifts. Best of all, I earned "bird bucks" bringing my total to $199.98!! Closest to the $200 they've seen!
