The employees are very knowledgeable about the birds in our area and what their needs are. They are extremely personable employees in the store is always clean and has a wonderful selection.

I love all the wonderful products that the store provides. I especially love the No Mess seed. I do have to say......I love the warm, fuzzy feeling that I have when I walk in to the store, or even on the curb! the staff calls your name out when you walk in. I think I just love GOING there more than anything. Lots of love to the staff!!

We used to use WBO stores in Denver where we lived for decades. We recently moved up to Cody, where there are no WBO stores. Billings isn't too far to drive, but we generally do it fairly infrequently. Ordering supplies online is much easier for us, and the shipping costs are reasonable, considering time and cost to drive up to Billings for these products. I'm very happy and impressed with the speed our order was filled and delivered to us today, just two days after we ordered it. We already have put the first seed cylinder in one of our WBO suet containers that we've been using for many years.
