The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Whenever I've had a question, they've always been able to give me guidance. They are so helpful such as bringing my order out to my car, etc. I love shopping there.

Love the quality of the products. The suet and black oil sunflower seeds are a little high-priced, and because we go through them so quickly, we get elsewhere. Everything else we get here: seed, cylinders, mealworms, feeders, gift items, bird pole accessories, etc. Love how the store is organized, the staff's knowledge and the friendly mascot! We love getting coupons and notices of sales.

I appreciated the fact that the employees were wearing masks, as I was, too. The other customers were not. I also got advice on birdhouses.Thank you!
