The staff is very friendly and know the merchandise. As a repeat customer, staff remembers my name even while I was wearing a mask. They are always cheerful and offer to carry the heavy bags of seed to my car for me.

We saw a commercial and decided to visit. We have lived here 30 years and was our first visit. We enjoy feeding the birds and hope to earn their trust so they come back.

Great selection of bird feed and accessories. Friendly, highly knowledgeable management and staff. They make me feel like part of the Wild Bird Unlimited Billings family. Love their pup too!

Love the products. Love the people. Only reason I'm not sure I'll order again with 60 days is the blackbirds. I took most feeders down because they were chasing all the other birds off - from the entire back yard. When they leave, I'll put more feeders out and need more seed.
