I have been feeding birds throughout the US for many years. So there's a learning curve with each move and the species to each state. I'm experimenting with my own suet. I learned so much from the Billings Montana store. My second batch of suet was animated. The bird won't touch it when my second try at suet. I will definitely stop by the store for my needs anytime I'm in Billings. I will continue with my endeavor on my own suet as Billings is 280 miles. Kudos to the Billings store.

The rep was able to show me how to make the lid of the feeder I wanted go on and off easily. She also took steps in the back room to show me.
