When I come with a question, the staff is qualified and makes sensible answers and product recommendations. There is never a "push" to"sell up" on a product. I believe I get what I need always. Always a pleasant visit.

The staff always know my name and are happy to see me. They have community events that help support local efforts. They have drinks and snacks.
