Helpful staff with good suggestions and telling us about new products and repairs for a damaged feeder. Welcoming and friendly. We have shopped there for years and everything is good quality-feeders, seed, accessories. Great place for birders.

The staff is very knowledgeable. They recommended birdseed that would not cause a mess from the cylinders. I also buy two big bags of birdseed, which they always ask if they can carry it out for me. I enjoy going into the store and visiting with them as they are very friendly.

They offer quality products, staff very knowledgeable and friendly. Better selection than average big box store for those of us who love our feathered visitors.

The ladies are so friendly and helpful. It’s a joy to shop in this store.

Allie is such a friendly salesperson. She is so excited about the products that she's learned about as a relatively new employee. Everything we need is always in stock. The store is beautifully decorated and arranged. So pleasant to visit. Staff is always very knowledgeable and helpful. They always carry out my orders with a smile on their face. Great store! The inventory of squirrel peanuts in the shell of 20 lbs ran out so the store ensured that this was replaced with two bags totaling the weight I came in for. Thoughtful!
