I got what I wanted in record time.

I was able to find perfect gifts for some of the more hard to shop for members of my family. The fact that it’s something they can use forever and easily buy the replacement feed cylinders means I have a gift idea for them for years to come. The staff was wonderful (including the greeter doggo), there were beverages and goodies out too. All together just a wonderful experience.

We have been long time customers. The staff is always so friendly and helpful, even when we are getting our regular supplies. Kathy and John are outstanding, as are their staff-they send them to training courses so they will be up to date and knowledgeable. Its' the only place we buy bird supplies, and other things like cards and earrings, and Christmas decor. Plus, we like the member discounts and the bird bucks!
