Although a promotion didn't apply to online orders, staff tossed in a couple of sweet goodies as a gift! Later, when it was realized the promotion DID apply to online orders, staff sent me a gift card for the amount of the discount. I consider this way above and beyond in customer service!

Because the staff is super helpful and friendly; some of them remember our names as we have been customers for many years. Kathy will ask about my mom's health, and dis so when my father was still alive. Just super great people.

I always have questions, You always have answers. I liked that Yvette was able to look up and tell us what we had purchased/tried before. We used member credit and took advantage of specials.

The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable in answering my questions. They go above and beyond every time I shop with them. The store's merchandise displays are always attractive and fun to browse too.
