Just wish there was a way the “bucks” accumulated are saved somewhere aside from a receipt print out. I saved the receipt but the half with $10 off coupon was separated and somehow lost before I went to use again. Nothing store could do with the original receipt without that tiny separated piece that got lost. $10 gone. Just disappointed there’s not a way the system stores that info until bucks are used. The point system is kept that way. Just a thought.

Love the Store, Love the Staff but pricing has gone up dramatically from what I used to pay. It may not be your fault in the current environment but 28% increase on seed from $39.99 to 54.99 is excessive for me to continue to spend on discretionary spending. Again great folks, love my birds but may have to switch to less expensive alternatives

I ordered a bag of corn. During shipment a lot of corn had settled off of the cob in the bag. This is Probably unavoidable but patrons may need advising that corn may not ship well.

When the person on duty welcomed me, I told her that I wanted a Bag of Sunflower Seeds, then we proceeded to checkout where she charged me for sunflower chips. When I questioned the amount charged, she repeated the transaction, telling me that she had charged for sunflower chips. I repeated that I wanted a 20# Bag of Black Oil Sunflower Seeds, giving the full information so there would be no additional confusion. Everything was corrected, and I received the merchandise I asked for, and someone carried it to my car. I had the impression that she was a new employee. I like the store and will return for sunflower seeds when I next need them. I've been a customer for years.

There was a problem with a coupon that I received. My last name was spelled incorrectly and this took a little while to resolve. The person that helped was apologetic about the problem and said she corrected the spelling of my name. She was very helpful and pleasant.

Not at all the store's fault that the seed was depleted. So many birds at feeders that the selection in store was very small

I received the service I expected as a customer. The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was highly satisfied with some aspects of the staff's knowledge and overall satisfied with my experience in the store.
