I got what I was looking for. I had a pleasant interchange with the woman who helped me. She told me about the live feed scene on the TV screen.

We were greeted when we walked into the store. Had to wait a bit as the owner was busy checking out and helping other customers--on a Sunday right after noon! We thought we knew what we wanted--squirrel problems--and he helped us "build" our squirrel and raccoon-proof system. The birds are very happy now. The squirrels, not so much.

The owners and staff are always friendly, helpful & knowledgeable about birds. I look forward to shopping there & visiting with them.

I had no idea what I needed & the knowledgeable lady explained the different pieces I bought & told me how to put it together. After putting it up on our deck we are so pleased with how it all turned out.

I really appreciate the service and quality. I hate paying so much, but still feel the service and merchandise is better. I especially like the small store feel and the personal aspect. I can count on great treatment with friendly folks.
