The staff helps their customers as soon as one walks in the door. If I have any questions, they have the answers. They always have the products I need in stock. It doesn't take very long to pay at the cash register. Kevin always carries the large bag of birdseed to my truck. This kind of service keeps me coming back.

I walked into the store, picked up what I wanted, went to checkout, where those present were very pleasant, paid for my product, and someone carried it to my car. I shop at Wild Birds Unlimited because I try to support local businesses, although it is some distance from my home. The pleasantness of those present improves the experiences. That's what they have that puts them well above the box stores.

I was very happy with the help I received from Stephanie S. I was also very happy with the quality of bird seed (NM CD 20#). I have tried seed which clogged my feeders from other retailers; however, I have never had this problem with this bird seed. I also purchased Nectar Defenders’ Nectar Concentrate which is highly approved by the hummingbirds in my neighborhood. Wild Birds Unlimited also sells the Squirrel Buster bird feeders along with their replacement parts which I found to be very effective in preventing squirrels from eating all of the bird seed out of my bird feeders.
