I just was. My 3 sentences will tell you why I hate these surveys, and the first is that I don't write dissertations on shopping. I go there because I need their services, like their product, and like the people, otherwise I'd go to a big box store.

High quality product. The staff were kind and considerate. Clean store.

The staff are always great with answering questions or making recommendations. They even help me get my purchase to my car as I am handicapped. I appreciate that. They keep the membership information in the store which makes things easier if my husband is the one picking up the seed. I like the selection of gifts for others, especially around Christmas. I am saddened that Covid-19 probably really hit this store hard with less customers. It would NOT be their fault at all! This is a great, beautifully kept store!

Associate knew what I described and exactly wher it was

Very pleasant and helpful on the telephone when a problem with filling the order was identified. Called me immediately and made excellent recommendation to correct the problem.

They always have what i want and if i have a problem with one of my feeders they replace or repair them at no charge. They staff is always very friendly.

The owner knew the product I purchased during my last visit. He was able to verify my membership hadn’t expired. He loaded my purchase in my vehicle.

My base to my finch feeder came apart when I was cleaning it. I was able to get it fixed in the store in just a few minutes.

I love this store and all the people in it. Never a complaint
