Team in the store is always very friendly and knowledgeable. The quality of the products is excellent. The choices are great. The birds love the food we purchase. Prices are worth it.

I have placed three orders online for curbside pickup since May. I like the ease of placing the order online. It fast and efficient. The orders have all been ready before the estimated pick-up time. In this time of social distancing, I appreciate being able to call upon arrival to the store and have my purchases placed in the car. Each employee that I have encountered has been friendly and professional. I recommend Wild Birds Unlimited in Snellville to friends and family. They make an enjoyable experience (bird feeding) even more pleasant with their superior customer service.

The sales people were patient and willing to help. Took the time to find out what I needed and help me find it. I also had a repair that was taken care of in a timely manner, I am very satisfied with the results of the repair .

Mary took time to listen to my hummingbird feeder interest and suggested wonderful options. She was knowledgeable and patient and appeared to be a genuine bird lover.

I phoned to inquire if dried mealworms were available and In what sizes and prices and the Employee was able to answer immediately. When I arrived, a masked (yea!) employee brought my order right to the car. Very efficient!
