The staff was so knowledgeable and friendly. The associate helping us took time to look at my bird pictures and help me identify my hawks and a worker. She was patient as I babbled on as a newish bird watcher. She had the perfect pole for my bluebird house and mounted it for me. I felt this was a very welcoming store.

I am out of town in California and saw the Special on line.So ill pickup my purchase when I return.I am glad that I could do that.

The young lady was well informed and answered all of our questions. She made suggestions and guided us toward the products that we were seeking.

Appreciated that the store employee took the two bags of birdseed to my trunk. Very friendly staff
