The staff was genuinely friendly, warm and helpful.

I am new to bird feeding and had some questions about blue jay disease. Emma was so knowledgeable and helpful, and I left with several products to clean birdbath. However, I returned some of the items because they were overpriced.

I love this store. Always so neat, clean and fun to shop in. The employees are so friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable about birds.

Great atmosphere, product and staff

The staff went above and beyond in explaining the best seed for my birds, discussed hummingbird flight patterns and keeping squirrel away from my bird feeders. Great experience.

I love this store and the owners Kevin and Cindy. All the staff are wonderful, friendly, helpful and professional. I have recently moved to Charlotte so I won’t be visiting the store as often as I would like but still plan on making it my go to WBU store.

The location of this store is convenient to my home and shopping routes. Staff is friendly and helpful. They carry heavy bags to my car which at age 82 and post knee surgery I greatly appreciate.
