I love the friendliness of the staff, they always greet me with a "hello" and ask if there is anything they can do for me. The selection is great and I can always find what I'm looking for, even if it's a gift for someone hard to buy for. The prices are a little high but for the quality, the frequent coupons and DSC savings I find a way to meet my budget. I always liked the TV they had mounted behind the register with the live feed of their feeders but they moved it to the back wall where it is not as noticeable. It is a great way to showcase the products in action!

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable young ladies took care of me and helped me understand the store’s layout and what they personally own as well and it’s quality etc. I would hire them both if I owned a bird store😉Will be back soon for sure. Lastly the owner gave me a bag of unseeded bird food to go with my friends gift at no charge!! I’m coming back to buy for me now and pick up some of that food! So thoughtful!!
