I brought in a picture of my broken bird feeder. The clerk immediately was able to find the new replacement that was needed. I recently had a total knee replacement, she kindly toted the feeder to the car for me.

The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They always assist me with anything I need and they carry my items to my car for me. They have helped me with understanding birds more than I ever though possible. I already have recommended them to friends and I will continue to do so.
