We order the Sunfire Chips and Fiery Feast often as we did this time. The shipment arrived in just a few days as promised and everything was in good condition. When we use seed that has not been treated with hot pepper, we have a lot of squirrels who take over all three feeders. So these products are especially good for us. Even with these treated seeds, we have one squirrel who will occasionally climb up to try the seed. He gives up after the first few bites. No other method of squirrel deterrent has been effective for our situation.

Tish and the staff are honest and worked to resolve a sales tax issue. Delivery was fast and binoculars arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

There was a problem with using the website to order from WBU. When I phoned, the person who answered was extremely helpful and together we determined that it was nothing I did, but was a technical glitch. As soon as that was established she contacted the website's technical services and had them look at it. She reached out to me by phone very quickly to say that the ordering system was now working and if I tried again my order would go through. So I did, and she was right. She was superbly professional and helpful.
