The cashier's we're very helpful and courteous! Customer service is key in my mind ... It's hard to come by these days

I love the products, and the customer service is always 5 star. I was waited on by Melissa C. and Kim C. today and I was impressed with their birding knowledge and enthusiasm. They even carried all of my purchases to my car. Excellent shopping experience!!

Wild birds is always a fun store to visit but I feel prices are a little high.

I like everything about the store. Things in the store are very expensive. That is the only drawback I have.

There was no more program for the cylinder bird food stamps (ie buy X anyone receive one free). Sad to see it go, but hopefully more rewards in the future!
