I like the layout of the store, the selection of products and the nice salespeople.

I was greeted by Cynthia who helped me find a tube bird feeder. She thoroughly explained the different types available and gave me some tips . She also showed me other bird feeders and the bird feeding system . She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I ended up buying the large tube feeder and seed. I definitely plan to return to purchase the bird feeding system, seed, and more feeders in the future. I came to this store to purchase a good quality bird feeder to replace the cheaper ones I have gotten at big box stores and on Amazon . I’m very pleased with my purchase and with the excellent customer service that I received.

Staff was friendly and helpful as well as informative and educational. I had questions and she was able to answer them and I felt she was truthful and trustworthy.

A very pleasant experience. Everyone was so nice and extremely helpful. I think the bird seed is overpriced but it seems that way everywhere! Will be returning for Xmas presents!

The sales rep was friendly, very knowledgeable and offered suggestions for my new feeding station. I came in for seed and a pole and left with 4 feeding stations and a baffle. My husband and I went the next day for additional seed and a heated bird bath.

I always find the seed I am looking for. I love entering the store and listening to the background of birds chirping. It's so relaxing. I love walking around looking at the different and unique items for sale. All of the sales staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. I did recommend the store to neighbors.
