I have been a returning customer at this store for years. I have always found the people there to be very knowledgeable, friendly, AND VERY accommodating. I always find what I'm looking for, and if they don't have it, they offer to order it and have it shipped directly to my home. When I have questions as to which feed to use in whatever season we are in, they recommend the right choices for me. I have always enjoyed frequenting this location because of all that I have decribed in these comments, and I don't plan to shop anywhere else.

I was greeted by Cynthia who helped me find a tube bird feeder. She thoroughly explained the different types available and gave me some tips . She also showed me other bird feeders and the bird feeding system . She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I ended up buying the large tube feeder and seed. I definitely plan to return to purchase the bird feeding system, seed, and more feeders in the future. I came to this store to purchase a good quality bird feeder to replace the cheaper ones I have gotten at big box stores and on Amazon . I’m very pleased with my purchase and with the excellent customer service that I received.

A very pleasant experience. Everyone was so nice and extremely helpful. I think the bird seed is overpriced but it seems that way everywhere! Will be returning for Xmas presents!
