The staff are very helpful. When entering you are greeted by staff and asked if they can help with selecting a product. The checking out is very easy. I also think the overall vibe of the store is very pleasant and relaxing.

Although the parts were not available to fix my bird feeder & for that reason I would have to wait weeks, Jeremy phoned me a few days later to report that I could pick it up. It feels like he went above & beyond to fix it. The service there is always fantastic. I’m a senior citizen, & they are so kind about helping me bring things in & out of the store. They even allow me to use their private bathroom, which is greatly appreciated at my age.
