The staff, specifically Jeremy, are always so nice and helpful the minute you walk into the store. They update me on the season and what I should be doing with my feeders, discuss what is helpful and answer all my questions

I received excellent advice on the pole systems available for holding bird feeders. Unfortunately, I don't recall the name ofvthe associate who helped me but he was the older of the 2 men working. He is always pleasant + approaches you when you enter the store to see if you need help. His knowledge abt the products that day enabled me to make a plan to purchase a system this month during the sale.

Always a familiar and knowledgeable staff, friendly and excited to help both new and experienced birders. Always a great experience!

There was a 20% sale on the pole system components. It's the one thing in the store that is still affordable to me. I was a dedicated customer for many years, but the feeders got way above my budget and you discontinued the system that let me buy seed on sale in bulk and then pick it up as needed. You have enough quality that a 20% premium is reasonable to pay, but not 100% over other stores. I know this is all the fault of corporate. The local people are great.
