I was unable to get to the store to pick up due to recent surgery; Jonathon brought the order to me. I shopped with your founder when he first opened in Indiana and he always encouraged kindness as well as expertise. Your local shop is a wonderful example of how to serve customers with skill. ps my bluebirds were also delighted!

The cashier ( I forget her name) was super friendly and helped me figure out a plan for my bird feeder. As well as the gentleman who showed me multiple different options I could choose from. Both did a great job to make my experience a good one.

The sales associate (Dana) was most helpful, very pleasant, seemed very knowledgeable and upbeat. She alone made the shopping experience memorable and inviting. I have shopped in this particular store previously but live some distance away, and to order by phone and have the items shipped without freight cost was ideal. Many thanks to Dana for her professionalism. Everything was received in good order and the birds apparently are grateful as well.
