The staff at WBU are very friendly, knowledgeable and are true bird lovers themselves! They are great listeners and gave me tips on what seed to use and told me what birds are currently in my area and about the incredible app merlin.com!

I’ve been going there for years . Love the staff, always friendly & knowledgeable. Products are the best. Store is neat & clean & well displayed! They always carry out my seed & dress gifts beautifully. The have special deals on some holidays and before Covid hit they sponsored Raptor educational sessions free! It’s always been a terrific place!

I went into the store for a heart stone for someone who lost their mother. The employee helped me choose a stone with meaning. Many to choose from at varying prices. I also chose another stone. While I was checking out, the other employee wrapped my package beautifully. We had a nice chat. No pressure to purchase other items. But i am always shown fun things if I ask.

The workers were very friendly and knowledgeable and able to offer suggestions for trying to rid our backyard of blackbirds and other nuisance birds. Large selection of bird food and feeders, as well as many other items for the backyard.
