I have been going there for several years now. I keep going back because they remember my birdseed and suet I use and can answer questions I might have.

Enjoyed the outstanding customer service by Tim & Ben. They went above & beyond showing us the products that they have available. They took the time to explain how one item differs from another in terms of food content. They were very courteous and knowledgeable. Since we had never been in their store, they even took the time to point out the best parking spot to visit them. They never tired of answering our questions. And kudos for taking time to take our purchases to our car.

Friendly atmosphere. Love the friendly cats in the store. Bought several greeting cards. Love the variety of merchandise. Always something different to look at. Cats and fireplace make it very homey.
