The staff at my store are always very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. It doesn't matter when I go, there will always be someone I can trust to help me and answer my questions.

As always, excellent service and the peanuts and birdseed I need. My only disappointment is in the kitchen towel and list pad I purchased. The notepad is fine, but the towel was deceptively folded and packaged by the company supplying it to look like it was an overall print of bees. Upon opening it, I found that the print was bizarrely only on part of the towel, the rest being plain. The towel is useable, but really weird with this rectangle of bees in one segment of an otherwise white towel. I won’t be trusting that type of item again.

I love visiting the Monroeville Wild Birds Unlimited store. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. They always ask if they can help with anything. Everything is always stocked, so I can pick up exactly what I came in for.

I needed a part for my tube feeder, the part arrived in only a week or so. when I arrived home I could not figure out how to install it. So I went back on another day, the store was getting ready to close and a very friendly Lady took her time and put my bird feeder back together. It was very kind of her to go out of her way for me!, and she was very happy to help!

The people are always very friendly and helpful. We ordered seed while on sale to pick up when we returned home from a trip. Very good about it.
