Everyone is so friendly, acknowledges that you walked into the store, all are very knowledgeable,no matter how many questions we may have had about a product in the store.

The staff know their products. For instance, I was looking for a refill but did not know the size of the item but the staff member knew exactly what unit I had even though it was a bonus purchase from two years ago. Check out is quick and staff is always quick to offer help to get the purchases to my car.

Availability of sought for items. I DO NEED A MEANS TO UNFREEZE MY BIRD BATH for lots of birds!

The offerings are clearly disp[layed and the staff knows what is in the store. They are knowledgeable and personable. It's always a pleasure to go there. In a way the store is like a small refuge of quiet and order in a sometimes hectic and over stimulating world.
