I have been shopping at WBU for over a decade, and always been very happy with it. However, in the past year the prices have become so high, I’ve cut back on my bird feeding. I understand this is a result of the current economic situation, but I do hope there is a plan to reduce prices when there is a recovery. The cost prohibits many people from shopping at WBU

I have been buying bird food from your company for decades now and I have never received a discount or even been tossed a “small bone” from the staff. I get the coupons but it seems like I always just “miss” the mere 10% discount coupon because I don’t have a need for so much bird food. It’s frustrating because I feel the price I pay and my loyalty is worth a little it if a benefit.

I received a flyer and visited the store. It turns out the store flyer was not valid for a few days, and I could not get the discount but had to come back. I was given a smaller discount due to the availability of it on that day. I wish I had not made the purchase.

Item was under warranty and was to be replaced at no charge. Took a year to get and I was charged a “part fee” plus tax.
