The staff here is very knowledgeable and friendly. They always call me by name. Someone always helps to carry my purchase to my car.

Quality of seeds and other items I have bought, the staff is fabulous. Shopped there since it opened. Sales and Bird bucks are great!

Prices are high

The coupon for the items I purchased expired the day before. This was disappointing as I work during the hours you are open.

I purchased a humming bird feeder. So far no humming birds.

It was my first visit to the store, I went in on a whim, not looking for anything in particular. Liked what I saw, good selection of bird food and feeding stations etc, a little more expensive than other places (ie: Walmart) but a lot of items to choose from. I hadn’t intended to buy anything but did purchase a Christmas box of seed houses at 40% off - the birds loved them. When my current supply of bird food needs replenishing I will go back and buy the food from Wild Birds Unlimited.

When the store was closed I went to a competitor and found that the seed cost was over $20 higher for a comparable product. I will still purchase products from WBU, however, I will be diversifying my shopping.

Ouch, prices for birdseed have gone up
