I always enjoy my trip to wild birds. I've been going for many years now, at least once a month, and the staff has become more like friends now. Everyone is always pleasant. Lately there have been some newer staff when I go, but they also are very friendly and on their way to becoming seasoned staff. If they don't know an answer, they always go and ask seasoned staff

I just love the staff at the Warwick location. I have a Wild Birds in my town of Seekonk but have never had a pleasant experience. They ignore me, they never give any advice well because I’m ignored🙃 I drive 20 minutes to Warwick and I meet a new staff person that is friendly, knowledgeable, polite and just nice 😊 I just got interested in birds because of Covid so I always ask questions and they always have the answers.

They are always helpful and courteous.

The staff at the Warwick store have always gone above and beyond with answering questions, making sure we have everything we need, and helping to bring large orders to the car.

The online order process was easy and very convenient. The shipment was also fast and accurate. This is the second time I placed an online order and I am very satisfied with both times.

Everything I ordered was packaged up nicely and ready to go, and the order was correct. Staff friendly and helpful. However I had to go into the store to get the order because I forgot my phone and couldn't call in.... while in the store I saw 2 items (on the floor to sell, multiple of them), that I tried to order the day before and both came up as unavailable. That was frustrating and changed my order. They were the cage container for the small "suet blend cylinders" that are exclusive to WBU, and the purple bag No Mess. The green one is not the best mix for my yard. Other than that everything was good. Peg

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always have what I want and will special order if one thing is out of stock.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The man helped me carry the 25 lb bag to my car. That was very kind. I don't know his name but a great employee! Thanks!
