I have been shopping at WBU for several years and its always a great experience. The friendliness of the staff, especially, Richard, Jane, Susan and Nick. I can always count on expert advice regarding feeding and attracting birds to my backyard. The store is very pleasant and well stocked.

Everytime I go to this store, it's been an energizing experience to speak with so many knowledgable and friendly people! The products are outstanding; I don't buy bird food from any other place. I also really love the selection of feeders, and again, the knowledgable staff who are there to explain it all is key.
