Quick and easy check out. Also very satisfied with the repair of my tube feeder a couple of weeks ago.

I love the products, and am very happy that I can now order on-line and have them delivered. Sometimes I just don't have time to go to the store.

As I entered the store I was greeted by a female employee with a smile and sincere welcome. Asked if it was my first time to Wild Birds Unlimited (it wasn't). Informed the clerk the item (water container to hang hummingbird feeder from to keep ants out) I was looking for. She knew exactly what I wanted and brought me to the item. We had a lengthy conversation on Hummingbirds and I told her of the different species I have at my feeders. Definitelly will return for my new feeders for my winter birds and also wind chimes, Keep us the great work. Your staff in Warwick, RI are great.

The gentleman who waited on me (Nick?) was very friendly and knowledgeable. I went in for a squirrel feeder and upon explaining some other concerns he showed me alternatives, made suggestions and answered questions without being annoyed.

The staff is attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating! The store is presented beautifully- very tranquil like being in my own garden!

Great staff, terrific product selection

Interpersonal interactions are always pleasant, and the staff is knowledgable and helpful. I have often interacted with Nick by telephone for our curbside pickup, and got to meet him during my last in-store visit. Always personable. Our birds love the food from Wild Birds, and give it 5 stars.
