I love the staff at WBU. Some of them, particularly Nick, greet me by name. They know what I usually purchase and always help me get my purchases to the car. We also talk occasionally about the birds we have seen in our yards. Always fun to go shopping there!

The store clerk (Bethany?) was knowledgeable and lovely. She helped us make a decision on bird feeders and what the seeds were for it. Wrapped as xmas presents too!! AND I got some free product.

I am so glad that Nick recommended the finch seed after having gotten a bad bag of thistle that the goldfinches would not eat. The finches in my yard love the finch seed in my thistle feeder, and I still feed thistle in the other of my 2 thistle feeders.

Great selection, extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff.
