Until recently I have had no knowledge about birds. For example, I was not aware until I walked into your store as a detour from my plan to go to Trader Joe's that feeding bread to the many birds that visit my deck may actually cause harm! Suzanne and Jane were so welcoming and informative. I wish I had a bigger budget! I may be hooked...

The young woman who helped us was extremely knowledgeable about the products and that kept us from trying to figure out things for ourselves. The merchandise is pretty pricey, but what we were looking for is what we got and it does discourage the squirrels.
