The quality of the bird food is exceptional, and I often find wonderful gifts for children (i.e. storybooks and lightening bug catchers).

I came looking for a plastic hood to go over my suet feeder to keep the squirrels out of the feeder. The store had exactly what I was looking for.

The service was excellent, staff was very friendly, large assortment of supplies that I need and new items for sale. Very helpful loading the merchandise into my car. Had a friendly shake goodbye.

I am always satisfied when I visit WBU. The store is clean and organized. The product display is customer-friendly. The prices are reasonable. And the customer service is the best! I even had a $10 Bird Bucks for savings!

Every time that either my husband or I come into the store, it's a delight. We love sharing our "birding" stories with the store employees. They're always as excited as we are. Wonderful customer service! thank you!
