Staff always so helpful and willing to share knowledge to educate, not just “tell” me what to do. But really take the time to explain, and are never rushed to do so. Really consistent gracious staff!

I had bought a squirrel resistant bird feeder years ago which had begun to malfunction (turns out it was due to stripped threads). It was repaired on the spot with new parts.

Always a pleasant experience shopping here. I also brought a feeder to be repaired and was able to wait for it which was wonderful. Also appreciate that there is always someone to help carry bags of seed to my car!
