I am always greeted so nicely by the very friendly staff. The staff always asks if there is anything they can help me with during my visit. Ease of conversation with staff about products or just the shared enjoyment of birds and which ones are around and what the staffer finds birds like with some helpful tips. It is always nice to go in and walk out with a smile because of how friendly and helpful. They even help carry my purchase to the car!!
