This was just a routine purchase.

This is a lovely, jam-packed store & all the employees we've interacted with so far are friendly & helpful. We're not "highly" satisfied because the prices for everything from birdseed to feeders & so on are outrageously high. Yes, we do know prices have risen everywhere; however prices at this store ~ perhaps all Wild Birds stores ~ have always been laughably high. We'd love to purchase more bird-feeding supplies at Wild Birds but they're out of our price range (& insulting in that they're so very much higher than comparable products elsewhere... including brick/mortar stores as well as all over the internet). Honestly, you'd get far, far more business if your products weren't so very much higher than anywhere else. And for what it's worth, most of my friends & neighbors feel exactly the same way.

Store had the kind of seed I wanted, and the staff was pleasant.

When I opened my bag of sunflower chips, there were maggots and flies in the bag. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I will be sure to take the bag back to the store and show whoever is working that day.

Just think the prices are too high! I hope you let me know when you have special sales on the items I'm interested in!
