I love the selection of merchandise at the store. It’s nicely displayed. The staff is happy to help with heavy bags, etc. My only complaint is the price of the seed. I know it’s high quality, but living on Social Security, it takes a big bite (or peck) out of my monthly allowance.

Always have a great experience there. Very knowledgeable staff, always willing to go above and beyond to help.

Everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly. It’s easy to access my records to see my seed choices. They don’t pressure you, and respect your decision making process. My favorite store. And the quality of seed is excellent. I’ve been disappointed in Home Depot, Amazon, etc.

The staff is friendly and always asking if you need help carrying things to your vehicle.

You have such a wonderful selection of things that I've never seen anywhere else. I was amazed to learn from the cashier that there is no such thing as a homemade hummingbird house. I would have paid almost anything for one on the internet, so he saved me a lot of money. Some of your items are more expensive than other places, but I have NO DOUBT that your merchandise is a MUCH BETTER QUALITY. So please keep it that way.

As always, the staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. They carried the bags of seed to the car for me, and made sure I got the right bird seed for the birds I wanted to attract. Great customer service!

We have been patrons for several years now. You always have exactly what I need OR you explain another product to me and then I buy it!!!

Everyone is great and knowledgeable but a little on the high end of pricing
