I have shopped at the Little Rock store since it originally opened. The staff is super courteous & helpful. The store has everything I need & more.

It’s so fun to visit this store! It’s a break from the chaos outside and motivates me to enhance my yard and birdwatching skills. The staff is great and the dog adorable.

I've been shopping at WBU for many years. I enjoy discovering new items each visit. I mainly shop for feeders and bird seed cylinders. The cylinders attract a variety of birds and are good value. The staff,especially, John are always, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Thanks for a wonderful store and staff. Also appreciate the saving club and new relationship with AR Birding Society.

Only one time in my 20 years of visiting this store have I had an issue (and it was the fault of COVID and a truck not making a delivery on time, not the associates). Always friendly, always helpful, concerned. Probably THE best customer service in Little Rock. Period.

Store personnel are always so knowledgeable about the items I’m concerned about. Very easy and friendly to chat with.
