I placed my order that morning and it was on my doorstep that afternoon. Even Amazon doesn't give that kind of service. Rich is just the best!

I love the Scotch Plains Store. The owner and staff are superb. I've had a problem with a couple of feeders I have purchased over the last couple of years, but I do understand that I am trying things out. I would say that out of all the feeders I have bought, 70% have been outstanding. And that is literally the only problem I have encountered -- and not really a problem -- more of an exploration. My point is that I have learned so much about how to best feed the backyard birds and am really grateful for a place that offers high quality food for the native songbirds and other winged visitors. Again, the staff has been great and they are always eager to help problem-solve issues that come up. Thanks again and Happy New Year!
