Excellent, personalized service from order to delivery. Initial difficulty with a coupon was rectified through timely follow up, assistance by phone to ensure ordering and subsequent delivery was smooth and highly satisfactory. I found products I had not found elsewhere which have been happily successful. Tom's personal delivery went above and beyond to assure quick arrival of my order. I definitely plan to make this my "go to" store for bird supplies in future.
