When you get The $10 bird Bucks you get a piece of paper which is easily misplaced, forgotten or thrown away. Why put the burden on the customer to bring it back in when you have the data on the computer?

Everything was good except the price. It would be good to have some low cost alternatives. i understand inflation has hit us all but my income remains the same.

I enjoy the store. I think the products are of good quality. I am (& have been) a member for many years. The outstanding experiences there have been with staff, especially Katie - she has wonderful customer service skills & is a joyous person, making it fun to shop there. The new staff are all very nice, as well. I do understand that everyone needs to make a living, however, I still wish prices were more affordable for many of the items I look at... that said, I def wouldn’t do business elsewhere for my bird food

While the products are good quality, the prices are too high. I am on a retirement income and if I have to choose between feeding me and feeding the birds, guess who will be fed!? I am sick of the pandemic being used as an excuse to charge more for products and services.

My purchase was close to $70.00. When I arrived home I had an email that any purchase 25.00 or more would be eligible for a $5.00 off. This was not disclosed at the store. $5.00 is not a lot of money but I did qualify for the offer. As I do not live close to store I will not be going back before offer is over as gas would cost more then $5.00

I’ve never been charged a delivery fee before. After I ordered and hung up I hit a call that there would be a $15 fee. I said okay and gave the woman my card number again. Then when I received my order there were 2 $15 fees not just the 1 I was told about. I’ve been a long time member and this is the first time I’ve had a problem

The UPS driver dumped the boxes in front of the garage after dark and did not come to the door. The javelina got in to one of the delivery boxes and tore a seed package partly open. Over 3/4 of the bag left so I didn't bother with the hassle of complaining.

I was in the store on 1-31. I got home from the store and there was a coupon in my mail for 20% off an item starting on 2-1. The person checking me out should have offered the coupon discount to me based upon my shopping history and the proximity to the beginning of the promotion. That type of customer service would go a long way with a customer.

Gave a 20% off birthday coupon. Total discount I got was $5 - off $60 purchase?? And was charged full price not membership price?? A little disappointed. 😞

Products on table 20% Off suet were not marked with original price. I asked clerk at counter; she did not know, referred me to staff member stocking; she said they were all $4. I purchased 3. When I was home and looked at receipt, found was charged 4.49 for 2 of them and 11.59 for 1. Other items I purchased were more expensive than reasonable, even with member discount. I love feeding birds and have believed WBU products might be a little healthier for them. However, they seemed to do well and enjoy ACE Hardware feed just as much before I joined WBU. Probably won't renew next year.
