The merchandise is high quality although the prices are fairly high. Still, the birds definitely prefer WBU products. I am a member and I take advantage of sales to offset any and all prices which helps. I enjoy talking to staff and I always learn something from them. I love the greeting cards as well as the bird seeds etc.

I love WBU but the cost is getting prohibitive and I will be ordering less in 2022. The Tanque Verde store is great and when I next order I will be loyal to Brad.

My wife was diagnosed with Alzheimer's last year and has taken up an interested in birdwatching. The staff has been very compassionate, very patient and wonderful with her.
